Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the helmet or accessory.
Package Your Gear
Place the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided shipping label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
